Outschool needed a seasoned Iterable-experienced marketer to help build complex journeys, audit current efforts, and make strategic suggestions. They also needed help with email building and copywriting and for someone to act as a resident Iterable expert for the broader team.

The first thing we did was simplify the new parent onboarding process and streamline the custom events and journey tiles into one cohesive flow. We standardized definitions for the personas and each step in the user journey which saved time and money for the rest of the team.
