Heavys is an electronics brand specializing in headphones designed and made specifically for heavy metal music.
The Heavy's team was new to Klaviyo and wanted to ensure that they had the foundational flows in place for their ever growing presence in the digital world. After performing a brief audit, we realized that there were several touchpoints in the user journey that were left untouched.
The first thing we did was install a pop-up on the site and connected it to a welcome series to capture all of the new site traffic. We followed that by setting up and launching the high traffic flows.

Once we migrated all the existing data to Klaviyo, we immediately set-up a pop-up, footer form, and connected these lead generators to a welcome series in Klaviyo. We implemented all of the high volume flows like the browse and cart abandonment and eventually built out the post purchase journey with timely cross-sell and upsells based on user behaviors.
